By tapping "Instagram on the top left of the app you can switch between Following and a curated Favourites list, appearing chronologically in your main feed.

👋 Take a break from recommended posts

Tap the three dots on the top right of a post, not interested, and then you'll be able to stop seeing suggested posts related to or from that account or snooze all suggested posts in feed for 30 days.

🚫 Adjust the sensitive content you see

Through profile, settings, account, sensitive content control.
